Due to the practical and ‘hands-on’ nature of this event, and to facilitate good discussions and interactions, the number of participants will be limited to 25. Participants will be selected based on their motivation to attend and willingness to share what they have learned to help train others at their institutions. The workshop is open to any EU-based early career researcher (ECR) from any scientific discipline, providing that their research is somehow related to the management of coastal and marine resources. For the purpose of this workshop, an ECR is defined as any individual who is less than seven years post-PhD. Priority will be given to applicants who do not currently have access to science-policy-society training in their institutions.
